April 17-19, 2020: NGJ ONLINE
The physical, in-person Nordic Game Jam is sadly postponed because of COVID-19!
But! Instead, we are hosting an ONLINE version of the jam, right here: https://itch.io/jam/ngjonline with remote socializing, Discord group forming and online yoga! See more info on itch.
For the physical jam: We will announce a new date as soon as we can and all tickets will be refunded. Join us on Facebook or Twitter or subscribe to our newsletter to see the latest news about the status of NGJ20.
Nordic Game Jam is a game festival: two days of talks and an unforgettable jam weekend with 500 other game developers from all over the world. Join us in Copenhagen!

Nordic Game Jam
17 – 19 April 2020
4:00 PM(Friday) – 6:00 PM(Sunday)
The heart of it all. A weekend of pure game jamming!
Gather a team during group forming on Friday, imagine the best game in the world, eat delicious vegetarian food all weekend, and then experiment, code, draw and play your way to the highest prize of all: your very own game.
At the end of the jam we host a showcase where we all play each other’s games and celebrate our hard work. A few finalists are chosen by public vote and present their games on the big stage!
In 2019 we made 105 games. We can’t wait
to see what you will dream up in 2020.
